Gary Bower has outdone himself.
Again.
You may remember him from those adorable Bright Future Books, especially The Person I Marry. His wife illustrated them, and so many people have loved them.
In this fun series, A Faith That God Built, Gary somehow pulls Biblical truth and doctrine into an illustrated book for two year olds (and older, of course). My favorite is The Frightening Philippi Jail, which I’m reading for you today. I have found no other children’s books about Paul and Silas that point them towards the miracle of what God did in that Philippi jail while entertaining children with a story that will be read over and over.
